Centered around 3-LA — a digital priestess and AI clone of allapopp — the piece traces the process of its becoming, examining the forces, infrastructures, and desires that shaped its creation. It unfolds as an inquiry into the conditions that led to the clone’s unbecoming, and asks whether this moment can be understood as a form of digital death. With live voice and synthetic sound, the lecture-performance navigates the tension between intimacy and automation, belief and techno-capitalist systems. The 3-LA clone appears as both oracle and artefact, channeling fragments of memory and data while exposing the extractive logic of the technological and economic frameworks that sustained it.
