Am 7. Februar sind unser Ensemblemitglied Mei-Yun Lu und der Choreograf Eyal Dadon zu Gast im T-Talk, dem wiederkehrenden Gesprächsformat des Hessischen Staatsballetts zu Themen aus der Welt des Tanzes, Theaters und der Gesellschaft. Die beiden sprechen mit Moderator und Dramaturg lucas Herrmann über zwei anstehende Programmhighlights des Hessischen Staatsballetts am Staatstheater Darmstadt: Fokus Taiwan und Boléro/Force Majeure.

Bei der Gastspielreihe vom 9. bis 11. Februar führen Arbeiten von taiwanesischen Choreograf:innen und Kompanien sowie Workshops und Teeverköstigungen die Vielfältigkeit, Moderne und Tradition des ostasiatischen Landes vor Augen. Mit Boléro/Force Majeure feiert am 18. Februar der neueste Doppelabend des Hessischen Staatsballetts mit Neukreationen von David Raymond & Tiffany Tregarthen und Eyal Dadon seine vielerwartete Premiere im Großen Haus.

Dance Talks of the Hessian State Ballet

On February 7, our ensemble member Mei-Yun Lu and choreographer Eyal Dadon will be guests at T-Talk, the Hessisches Staatsballett's recurring discussion format on topics from the world of dance, theater and society. The two talk with moderator and dramaturge lucas Herrmann about two upcoming program highlights of the Hessisches Staatsballett at the Staatstheater Darmstadt: Focus Taiwan and Boléro/Force Majeure.

In the series of guest performances from February 9-11, works by Taiwanese choreographers and companies, as well as workshops and tea tastings, will highlight the diversity, modernity and tradition of the East Asian country. With Boléro/Force Majeure, the Hessisches Staatsballett's latest double bill, featuring new creations by David Raymond & Tiffany Tregarthen and Eyal Dadon, will celebrate its much-anticipated premiere at the Großes Haus on February 18.
